The Taiwan smartphone maker HTC is going to release its HTC Sensation just in a few days. But, market is also abuzz with the rumors of its upcoming handset Desire HD2.

Taiwan tech-titan seems to be carrying out in-depth research in the arena of mobile innovation. It’s the reason, that in current year, it’s going to release plenty of new handsets in the market. Its HTC Sensation is expected to land on British soil in mid-May. While its other device HTC Desire HD2 has not been still announced but rumored to arrive along with several ultra-smart specs.

In current month, Sensation is expected to come exclusively on the Vodafone stores via a bouquet of HTC Sensation Deals. Other carriers will start selling it from June through HTC Sensation contract deals. This device will support latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread version and will be empowered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor.

Like other HTC smartphones, HTC Sensation flaunts a 4.3” S-LCD capacitive touch screen with Gorilla Glass display. The screen uses HTC Sense v3.0 UI supporting multi-touch input method. Apart from this, Sensation is packed with an 8 MP camera with 3264 x 2448 pixels resolution and features of autofocus and dual-LED flash. Its front facing VGA camera will be useful for video calling.

This smartphone is coming with the 1GB storage capacity with 768 MB RAM, which is expandable up to 32GB with microSD.

the other hand, Desire HD2 will also be running the same Android version as well as will be powered by same 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. Moreover, its capacitive touch screen and camera features are also similar to that of Sensation.

The major difference between the both handsets lies in terms of their storage capacity. HD2 will be arriving with 8GB memory along with 512 MB RAM. It can be extended up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. In addition, it’ll also support the Adobe Flash Player 10.1.

In fact, it’ll be hastiness to clearly draw a line between the both smartphones of same HTC family, until the company spells some more beans about the HD2.

But undoubtedly, this device will also be available via a plenty of HTC Desire HD 2 deals on the stores of prominent carriers.
